Continuing my lifelong love of painting flowers, the stunning Calla Lily has joined the collection. I particularly love the structure of the Calla Lily, it is such a strong and powerful shape, standing out from the crowd in any cottage garden. 

Calla lily flowers symbolise purity, holiness and faith, often representing resurrection and rebirth due to their trumpet-like shape and association with Easter. Commonly used in weddings to signify devotion and union, they also honour milestones like the 6th anniversary.
