Thank you for visiting and shopping at Daisylion Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • A4 - £5.00
  • A5 - £5.00
  • A5 Card Envelope £1.80
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Damages
Daisylion Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

United States and Canada:

Australia:

  • A4 - £11.50
  • A5 - £9.00
